| The selection procedure for admission consists of two steps :
Written Test
The applicants are required to appear for the written test to be conducted by the Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Delhi. The test consists of the following four sections :
 Quantitative Skills
Verbal Skills
Logic and Data Interpretation
Social and General Awareness
Each section consists of 30 questions. The total of 120 questions are to be attended within two hours. Negative marks will be assigned for wrong/incorrect answer. The test will be objective type with multiple choice items.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
The final selection to the programme would be based on the candidate’s performance in the Written Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Work Experience.
The following weightage will be given for each component of the selection criteria :
Written Test : 70%
Personal Interview : 20%
Group Discussion : 10%
An additional weightage of 10% for work experience will also be given for full-time work experience at managerial level in a professional organization.
